Heaven is merely another level of being, where time is irrelevant, seen only as cycles of being.

Earth is a most unusual phenomenon.  It is the great illusion within planetary consciousness.   The sense of separation is only a question of density enhanced by creative perception.

You see, all of creation is one, but it is enhanced by encapsulated consciousness

intended to focus experience and evolution of itself.

The idea of manifesting heaven on earth is itself an illusion, for it already exists,

but there is effort required to dissipate the illusion.

Human have the unique ability to live both in the illusion and to pierce it at the same time.  Hence, the term fallen angel as one of purity who is also embedded in the density. 

This project is your experience of piercing the veil,

for as one embedded consciousness does it, the effect of dissolving is far greater for others.

Transmutation is returning to wholeness, but a wholeness derived from the experience of non-wholeness –

which has generated wisdom in all levels of manifestation.

That which you call God is still exploring and experiencing its true nature –

for it is the grandest experiment of all - the becoming totally complete, even thought it was so at the beginning of its quest.

Thus, time has been what may be called the experienced of completeness, which in reality has been in the blink of an eye.
