The current perception of heaven and earth separate with a break in the connection between.

Heaven and earth are still vibrationally apart, but now linked.  They are about to merge.

Heaven and earth are now one.  This has required that earth be transformed so that the lower levels can be merged with the higher levels.  This is the restoration of the plan for earth.
